Sheikh Foundation basically an institution which is working as an NGO for the help of Poor and needy of Sheikh Community.

Aims & Objectives

To introduce the Strategic Community Plan on the non-political basis with the vision which is ‘alleviating poverty and promoting prosperity’ by taking a number of initiatives.

To provide high quality services to the people which compare with best in the District.

To work with everyone who wants a better future.

To establish an efficient, effective and accountable administrative secretariat which is committed to responding and upholding women, men and children basic human rights.

To be responsive towards community needs, committed to poverty reductin and capable of meeting the needs of the same.

To take action that changes the lives and living condition of the poor community living in the different localities of Faisalabad.

To create productive employment for the needy people, accompanied by the education and skills development.

To promote and facilitate the such non-profit group of persons working for rehabilitation of poor community.

To make arrangements for the betterment and maintenance of deserving orphans and widows living the in the district.

To develop the ides of nation building, of scientific development and of enlightened citizenship and public service in the community.

To promote and encourage the tendency which help to create better understanding among community and cultivation of sentiments of sacrifice, tolerance and cooperation.

To open and run dispensaries, hospitals, educational institutions for the welfare of the community in particular and public in general.

To give grant in aid to the brilliant and outstanding students in the shape of scholarships and maintenance allowance.

To arrange for the grant of free medical relief to the deserving people.

To work for extinction of unemployment, poverty, disease, misery and distress for the attainment of divine pleasure.

To give active support to the poor people in different institutions of the District for the dignity, integrity and cause of the foundation.

To work in cooperation for the solution of the matrimonial problems of the community.

The Foundation is for the welfare of the deserving people, hence it will not work for the personal interests of its executive members.And generally to undertake and perform all such acts, matters or things as may be desirable or necessary in the opinion of the Board for the accomplishment of the foregoing purposes or any of them in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing obligations to lend money, with or without security to borrow or raise or secure the payment of money, to open, operate and maintain bank accounts.
